Two medium size green peppers with the tops cut off
10 ounces ground beef
2 tablespoons minced garlic
One cup of chopped mushrooms
1 ounce Gouda cheese sliced
2 cups of tomato sauce
8 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Place to peppers in a pot to steam for five minutes.
Preheat oven to 425
Brown ground beef with garlic and mushrooms and tops of peppers chopped up.
Place one sliced Gouda cheese on the bottom of peppers.
Add 1/8 cup sauce over the Gouda cheese
Spoon in 1/4 cup meat mixture
Add 1 tsb Parmesan cheese
Continue layering until peppers are full
Top with 1 slice each of Gouda cheese
Place 1 cup tomato sauce in baking dish with a 1/2 cup water.
Bake 25 minutes
